Lake Forest Ill School Board Committee Report

Without question, our most impactful partnerships are with school organizations that share a common vision – from the elected leadership, to the district and school administration, to the teaching staff.

So it was very satisfying to watch footage from a recent School Board meeting of Lake Forest Schools – D67 in Lake Forest, Illinois. In this video, the Education Committee reports on their visit to nearby SmartLab at Northwood Junior High in North Shore School District 112.

This is clearly a school board that understands the value of next-generation STEM education and is committed to providing their students with the best learning opportunities possible. SmartLabs represent significant investments, and it speaks volumes whenever school board members take time out of their busy schedules to observe SmartLabs firsthand.

We are thrilled about the opportunity to partner with a school organization that is so committed to providing progressive STEM education for their students.

Follow the link below and click on the Board Committee Report video segment. Observations about the SmartLab from the Education Committee are presented in the first 8 minutes of the video segment.
