As schools become more creative about funding educational initiatives, they often turn to their community for support. When it comes to funding SmartLabs, we're seeing these efforts gain traction all over the country. Phenix City Schools (Alabama) is the latest example.
With elementary SmartLabs as a key feature of its i3 initiative (inquiry, innovation and impact) Friends of Phenix City Schools has made great progress towards its fundraising goals. Another boost to these efforts came as local business Anytime Fitness pledged $25,000 for naming rights to the Lakewood Elementary School SmartLab.Read More
